My name is Chris Wheelock and I am the choir director at Bessie Coleman Middle School. I would like to start of this first newsletter by welcoming our new choir members and welcoming back our returning singers to our choir family.

These newsletters will serve as our monthly updates and communication on what is happening in our choir program. All newsletters will be archived on the choir website for viewing at any time throughout the school year.

I am excited for the music your singers will make this year, and am extreamly thankful for your support as they grow in the choir program.

Please see the included video for information about the ins & outs of the BCMS Choir program for you and your scholars this year. This video is intended to be a replacement for an in-person choir parent meeting.

If your singer in not in the correct choir class period, please make sure you have filled out a schedule change request with the counselors office. These need to be done ASAP.
