Getting Started with EdTech in CVUSD

If you are new to the district or are a long-term sub, here are some basic resources to get you started with technology in a Chino Valley classroom. Reach out to ext.1600 for additional support.

CAASPP/SBAC Testing

CVUSD Teachers administer the following tests in the spring:

English language arts/literacy and mathematics assessments (grades three through eight and grade eleven):

Science assessments (grades five and eight and high school):

Click here for more information about administering the CAASPP and CAST test

CAASPP also has Interim Assessment Blocks (IABs) to help student prepare for the SBAC. Teachers can administer these at any point in the school year. Students access IABs on the Secure Browser, just like they do on the SBAC test.

Click here for more information about IABs.

Using a Personal Device?

Before you will be allowed to use a personal device on the Chino Valley Unified Wi-Fi network you must load Content Keeper. You can only install it within the district network.
