The Collegiate Prep Changemakers is a scholar community service initiative designed to empower our youngest leaders. Open to all scholars in PreK–5th grade, Changemakers provides opportunities to serve others, develop leadership skills, and make a positive impact on our school and surrounding community.
Our Goals:
Develop Leadership: Give students meaningful opportunities to take initiative, collaborate, and problem-solve.
Encourage Community Impact: Empower scholars to engage in projects that make a real difference for others.
Foster Compassionate Leadership: Instill kindness, empathy, and responsibility at an early age.
Promote Family Engagement: Create service experiences that involve and connect families.
Build Lifelong Skills: Help students strengthen teamwork, organization, and civic responsibility.
Our Impact:
In just our first year, Changemakers scholars contributed 800+ hours of service through projects that supported the homeless, enhanced local parks, uplifted senior citizens, and more. Every project was scholar-led, age-appropriate, and designed to show that even small hands can make a big difference. 👉 Want to see the difference our Changemakers are making? Check out our 2024-2025 Annual Impact Report.
Family Leadership Council
New this year, the Family Leadership Council will guide and support our growing program. These parent leaders will help plan and coordinate service projects, ensure smooth event-day execution, and provide input throughout the year to keep the program impactful and sustainable. Their involvement strengthens the partnership between families and scholars, modeling the very leadership and service we hope to instill in every Changemaker.
