Hi, I’m Ciera Phillips, serving as PTA President for the 2025-2026 school year. My son is Zhi M. who is currently in 3rd grade, and I have a niece and nephew that also attend Prep. I work as an Instructional Designer during the day and enjoy being an advocate and voice for everyone. In my free time, I love jogging 5Ks and cycle class! I've completed 4 5Ks this year and have my final run in November! Looking forward to my next series!

I’m Yoli Smith, PTA Treasurer and proud mom of two boys in 2nd and 4th grade. Part of the Collegiate Prep community since 2015, I bring a background in scientific and medical communication and extensive volunteer experience. I’m passionate about using PTA funds effectively to support students and teachers. In my free time, I enjoy college football—especially the USF Bulls and UF Gators—and solving Sudoku puzzles.

I previously worked as a master cosmetologist and cosmetic formulator, and I served as fundraising director for my oldest son's youth football organization. In my free time, I love building complex Lego sets and watching the latest Marvel movies with my family.

I’m a licensed insurance agent who enjoys time with my husband and children, leading my Girl Scouts troop, and serving the community.
