The ELA Specialist is dedicated to improving literacy outcomes by providing comprehensive support to teachers and educational leaders through professional learning, resources, and strategic guidance. This role ensures high-quality, standards-aligned ELA instruction across all CFRESA districts. The ELA Specialist collaborates with educators and leaders to strengthen teaching and learning in literacy classrooms, enhance instructional capacity, improve student achievement, and support continuous school improvement in alignment with state and regional priorities.
