A delegation from Tishk University visited Charmo University

Sunday, February 26, 2023, a delegation from Tishk University, led by Dr. Alpaslan Toker, the head of English Language Teaching department, accompanied by Mr. Atta Ahmed, an assistant lecturer and a number of students, vistited Charmo University. 

The delegation were welcomed by Assistant Professor Dr. Dana Khdr, Dean of Charmo Center for Research, Training, and Consultancy, as well as Dr. Zhwan Othman, the director of Language Center. 

Dr. Zhwan introduced the university to the guests, then explained the missions and activities of the language center. In order to introduce the delegation to the area better and enlighten them with the historical and geographical importance of Charmo Village as well as shed light on Anfal and Genocide crimes, two seminars were presented by assistant lecturers of the language center (Ms. Dekan jaza and Ms. Shajwan Nariman). 

It is worth mentioning that Vice President for Student Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Hawzhin Abdulkhalik was present during the event as well as a number of Charmo University's lecturers and staff. 

Afterwards, the delegation of Tishk University and staff of Charmo Center for Research, Training, and Consultancy visited the Anfal Monument of Chamchamal. They were welcomed by the director of the monument and were introduced to all the sections there.
