Charmo Center for Research, Training and Consultancy (CHCRTC) is a governmental institute and a branch of Charmo Univeristy. It has been established in 2017 and Dr. Omed Qadir Hama Ameen was the first Dean of the Center. Our academic staff consists of a number of highly motivated teachers and researchers who strive to operate significant research projects, and organize workshops, symposiums, conferences, and seminars to create innovative connections between university and society. We are driven by a shared purpose which is serving our society through various programs that meet the educational needs of our students.

Charmo Center for Research, Training and Consultancy (CHCRTC) encompasses eight centers which are listed below:

Each of these centers work on: promoting research across a wide array of disciplines. improving undergraduates’ and post graduates’ capacities to effectively pursue research in existing and emergent areas. Further, strengthening scientific, cultural and intellectual capacities through opportunities to study languages, computer science, natural sciences…etc. Furthermore, providing facilities for students and staff members to do extensive research in different areas is another duty of these centers.

Dean's Message

Welcome to the Charmo Center for Research, Training, and Consultancy. Our Center is administered by a talented academic staff. It is established to serve the residents of Chamchamal city especially and Iraq overall, as well as postgraduate students. Through our state-of-arts techniques, we provide outstanding analysis for the public and students. Our faculty value learning and education. Our teachers are dedicated to both teaching and guiding our students to find the right path and find their role in a rapid changing world. Our heartfelt and geniune mission is to help our students get the education they deserve. Promoting research to serve our community and educating our students is our duty.
