In general, employment for US citizen students should not be an issue as their status provides them with full access to the workplace. Students are encouraged to work with their counselors, teachers, and parents as they consider their career future. Students should also consider participating in one of Charleston County School District's many Career & Technology Education (CTE) programs or attending classes at one of the Centers for Advanced Studies. These courses are invaluable College and Career Readiness opportunities for students as they help to prepare them for the workforce and post-secondary education.
