I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. We have come to our last week of school, and you all have done AMAZINGLY!! You all did a great job with your name alliterations, and I'm so proud of the hard work you all have shown on SeeSaw, Lexia, Reflex, and IXL! I have loved seeing the videos and hearing about all your good things. This week we are focusing on synonyms/antonyms, fractions, and all things Summer. I will be checking in this week, and look forward to seeing all your fantastic work!

As we come to the end of the year, we all have some strong feelings thinking about leaving one grade and moving on to another. Think back to how you were feeling at the end of Kindergarten. What made you nervous about first grade? What were you excited about? What if you had a first grade buddy to help with these feelings. You're going to become that buddy for a future first grader. This week, I want you to work on finishing one of these sentence starters below each day. When you have completed them all, send me your final copy on SeeSaw. I look forward to seeing the caring and knowledgeable responses you will give to next years kiddos!
