**If your student is already enrolled in Preschool at Chariho and plan on attending for the 2026-2027 School year, please make sure you have completed the Intention form that will be sent home in late Spring.**

Students must pass the Child Outreach Screening before submitting the Preschool Application.

Complete Preschool application - applications submitted during the summer may experience a delay in processing.
Preschool Application 2026-2027 Link - Applications submitted before April 15th will not be reviewed until April 15th.
Once the Preschool Application 2026-2027 has been approved; you will receive an email to complete the registration process.
Complete Online Registration Forms
All forms and required documents must be received before your student is officially enrolled.
