CHA HelpDesk Email Inbox: helpdesk@challiance.org (for non-urgent issues)
CHA HelpDesk Self-Service Portal: application for submitting an IT request that is automatically input into the IT's "Footprints" request system. More reliable then the email inbox. Please see the document below for more information.
