Those travelling will have to complete a PCR test 72 hours AFTER returning to Colombia. It will take you about 3 days to get the PCR test results back. You then have to give the school doctor the negative test results for all of your family members who travelled. As you can see, this amounts to a week or more of quarantine at your house, and not sending your children to school, after returning to Colombia.
