August 2025- Expedition Essentials: Procedures & Routines

What is it?

Unlock the "Expedition Essentials" badge and showcase your mastery of classroom organization! This badge proves you've mastered the art of creating seamless procedures and routines, essential for any successful learning journey.

How Do I Earn a Badge?

To earn this badge, you must submit evidence of completing at least 2 Expedition Essentials tasks in your campus Game On Course (find your link below):

Photo evidence of Device Care Lessons, or screenshot of it in your LMS
Screenshot of you using a Securly class with your students
- Or include a screenshot of you using some of the tools in Securly (custom block list, limit tabs etc.)
Screenshot or link to a BOY newsletter to families
Photo Evidence of a BOY meeting with your DLS
Use at least one Classroom Management Tool from the CFB Canva Code Dashboard

When you have both pieces of evidence ready, submit the August quiz in your campus' Canvas Course.

When Do I Get My Badge?

The canvas assignment for the August 2025 Expedition Essentials Badge will be open for submissions on August 1st and will close at 11:59pm on August 28.

Participants will be notified of Badges earned the week of September 1. Physical Badges will be delivered by your DLS after September 5.
