Daily Tasks to complete:

Read the website for your daily activity
Join the group huddle and receive info, tickets, ball bag
Review the itinerary of the day with the group leader
Gather your students and take attendance
Give the group the info about the day's activity (location, directions, any important details)
Travel to the activtiy
Once you arrive at the location provide students with information about:
History and fun facts
Meeting time and place
Worksheets and task (if applicable)
Take pictures of students during the activtiy
Meet back up with the complete group at the end of the activity
Travel back to nearest subway station
Give the group infomration about the next day's activity
Invite questions / feedback and confirm that students know how to go home
Dismiss group
Upload photos to PhotoCircle

12PM: Meet activity coordinator at OISE on 5th floor
12PM-12:15PM: Group Huddle
12:15PM- 1PM: Supervise & talk to students during lunch time
1:00PM: Meet your group in the parkette and head out for the activity
1PM-4PM: Activity Time
4PM: Drop off group at nearest subway station
*Times may change depending on the activity

12:30PM-12:45PM: Group Huddle
12:30PM- 1:30PM: Supervise & talk to students during lunch time (play foosball, table tennis, etc.)
1:30PM: Meet your group in the common area and head out for the activity
1:30PM-4:30PM: Activity Time
4:30PM: Drop off group at nearest subway station
