Goal: Find the Assassin before they eliminate everyone
One player secretly gets the role Assassin. Everyone else is Citizen.
The Assassin “kills” by secretly winking at someone.
If you’re winked at, wait a few seconds, then pretend to die and leave the round.
At any time, players can accuse someone.
If correct → Citizens win.
If wrong → the accused is out.
Assassin wins if most players are eliminated.
Pick a “Thinker” – One player thinks of a person, place, or thing.
Ask Questions – The other players take turns asking yes-or-no questions to figure out what the Thinker is thinking of.
Example: “Is it alive?” “Is it bigger than a backpack?”
Keep Count – Players have up to 20 questions to guess correctly.
Make a Guess – Anyone can try to guess the answer at any time.
End of Round –
If someone guesses correctly within 20 questions, they win and become the next Thinker.
If nobody guesses, the Thinker reveals the answer, and a new round begins with a new Thinker.
One player thinks of a word and says the first letter.
Example: “My word starts with B.”
Other players give clues for different words that start with B.
If two players think they know the same clue word, they say:
“Contact!”
They count down and say the word at the same time.
If they match → the secret word player must give the next letter.
If not → nothing happens.
Keep going until someone guesses the full secret word. That person becomes the next word chooser.
Sam is the “knower.”
Sam secretly chooses the word:
BANANA
Sam says:
“My word starts with B.”
The goal of the group is to make Sam reveal more letters.
Alex thinks of the word “ball.”
Alex gives a clue:
“It’s something you throw in sports.”
Jordan hears that and thinks, “Oh! Ball!”
Jordan says:
“Contact!”
Alex and Jordan count together:
“3… 2… 1…”
They both say:
“BALL!”
They matched, so now Sam must reveal the next letter of the secret word.
Sam says:
“My word now starts with BA.”
Now everyone thinks of words starting with BA.
Jordan gives a clue:
“It’s an animal that hangs upside down.”
Alex thinks: “Bat!”
Alex says:
“Contact!”
They count:
“3… 2… 1… BAT!”
They match again, so Sam must reveal the next letter.
Now Sam says:
“My word starts with BAN.”
At this point, Alex thinks:
“BAN… could be banana!”
Alex guesses:
“Is it BANANA?”
Sam says:
“Yes.”
Alex wins and becomes the next knower.
Important Rule (Very Important)
If Sam (the knower) figures out the clue word before the countdown ends, Sam can interrupt:
Example:
Before Alex and Jordan say “ball,”
Sam quickly says:
“Ball!”
If Sam is correct, the contact is blocked & no new letter is given.
2+ players
One player holds the phone to their forehead (screen facing out).
The phone shows a word or phrase that the player cannot see.
How to Play
The other players give clues to help the person guess the word.

If the player guesses correctly, they tilt the phone down.
If they want to pass, tilt the phone up.

Please note that the game described below may include dark, and intense themes as part of the storytelling and deception elements. Yellowshirts are strongly encouraged to read all stories in advance and assess whether the content is appropriate for their specific student group before allowing the game to be played.
