7:30AM-8AM: Ensure students have checked in for breakfast, if not contact them

8:30AM: Meet students in the lobby and take attendance before departure to classes

8:45AM: Depart for OISE

9AM-12AM: Free time

12:AM-12:30PM: Lunch time

12:30AM: Check in students for lunch & bring down foosball and ping pong equipment

12:30AM-1:30PM: Supervise, engage and talk with students during lunch break

1:20PM: Collect foosball and ping pong equipment

1:30PM: Students depart for afternoon activity

1:30PM-4PM: Free time

4PM-5:30PM: Greet students, check in and prepare evening activity

5:30PM-6:30PM: Eat dinner with students

6:30PM-8:30PM: Evening Activity

10PM: Ensure students are in their rooms

What do to when a new group or new students arrive:

• Introduce yourself and your responsibilities 

• Give them a tour of the residence

• Inquire if someone had a question

• Exchange contact with the group leader or the student (if they are an individual student)
