OISE is well connected to Toronto’s public transit network. The OISE building is located directly above St. George Subway Station, allowing students to access the school directly from the station without needing to go outside. This makes travelling to and from school easy and convenient in all weather conditions.
Many local buses also stop nearby on Bloor Street and Harbord Street, allowing students to travel quickly to downtown Toronto or other University of Toronto campuses.
The public transit is reliable and frequent. A PRESTO card can be used on buses, streetcars and subways, making it easy to switch between routes and travel around the city. Students can check live schedules and plan their trips using the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission) website or mobile app.
