Call TTC Lost & Found: 416-393-4100, (Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm)
Give a description of the lost item
If the student is underage, an adult will need to go with them in order to provide their signature
The TTC Lost & Found is located at Bay Station
Report it to Management (Donna) immediately via text message
Include the student’s full name in the text message
Inform the student that it will be reported to the homestay counselor immediately
Tell the student that more information will be provided soon
Call the bus company at XXX XXX XXX and inform them about the situation
If phone number of the bus driver available, call the bus driver directly yourself
Inform the Activity Coordinator
Double check on Presto Doc if the student receives a PRESTO from school or not
If student should have received a PRESTO from school, inform directly the Activity Coordinator
If student has to buy a PRESTO themselves, show them how to buy one at the TTC machine
Show the student how to put more money on the PRESTO at the TTC machine
Gather the following information from the student, as well as $XX IN CASH

Email Address
Current WhatsApp Phone Number
Pass on information and cash to the Activity Coordinator
Tell the students to check their email (also Spam Email), they will receive further instructions
Inform Group Leader
Ask other students where they might be
Try contacting student
Inform Management (Donna )and Activity Coordinator immediately
Wait for further instruction
Try to get as much info about the situation
Who is the bully? What are they doing?
Report it to group leader, Management (Donna) & Activity Coordinator immediately
Wait for further instructions
Assess the injury
Inform the group leader and report to Management (Donna) and Activity Coordinator
Use first aid kit and ice if necessary
If medical attention is required call the taxi number on taxi chit
Fill out taxi chit for the person
If its a group, group leader accompanies student
If there is no group leader, yellowshirt or other support staff will accompany
Student must be accompanied by an adult

For serious injuries (broken bone, etc) go to an ER such as:
Toronto General Hospital (Downtown)
SickKids (Downtown)
Michael Garron Hospital (East End)
North York General Hospital (North York)
Wait for 15min to assess situation, play a game with the students such as:
Listen for TTC instructions, if there are any shuttle buses take those
If in walking distance, walk to the activity
If you will be very late for an activity inform Activity Coordinator
Confiscate alcohol or drugs from the student
Immediately contact Management (Donna)
Wait for further instructions
Write down all the information yourself in CLEAR HANDWRITING
ONLY MASTERCARD, VISA OR CASH IS ACCEPTED
Check if all the data is correctly filled out (check with example document)
Bring the credit card authorization form to the reception at 112 Elizabeth Street
