1. To encode class attendance per subject, open your school’s log-in page. On the right side of the page, type your email address and password in the spaces provided, and click “Log-in”.
2. On the dashboard, look at the left navigation area, and click “My Classes”.
3. You will now see the list of classes that are currently assigned to you. To encode class attendance, click the “Attendance” icon adjacent to the course you intend to view.
4. You will now see the class attendance page. To add a new attendance date, click the “Add Attendance Date” button.
5. Select the attendance date from the calendar, and once selected, click “Save Changes”.
6. A prompt will appear, stating that you have successfully added a new attendance date. Click the “OK” button to proceed.
7. Select the attendance status of each student from the dropdown boxes adjacent to their names. Once you are done selecting the attendance status for each student, click the “Save Changes” button.
8. A prompt will appear confirming if you want to save the changes you made. Click the “Yes” button to proceed.
9. A new prompt will appear stating that you have saved the attendance record successfully. Click the “OK” button to go back to the attendance page.
10. The saved records will now be reflected on the attendance page.
