Activating a QR-based Student ID Card

1. To activate a QR-based student ID card, open your school’s log-in page. On the right side of the page, type your email address and password in the spaces provided, and click “Log-in”.

2. On the dashboard, look at the left navigation area, and click “Users”.

3. On the Students’ page, select the student whose ID card you wish to activate.

4. Alternatively, you may also search for the student’s name using the search box on the upper part of the page.

5. On the student’s profile page, click the EDUCATIONAL tab.

6. To start making changes, click the EDIT button on the upper portion of the page. 

7. Since QR-based ID cards use either the student’s ID number or their Learner Reference Number (LRN) for identification, select the appropriate checkbox that matches the QR code value on the ID card.

8. You may set either the ID number or the LRN as the Card Number, or you may also set the LRN as both the ID number and Card Number.

9. Once you are done setting the card number, click the SAVE button in the upper part of the page.
