Minors 16 and 17:
Can NOT work:
During school hours
More than 9 hours per day – applies to both school day and non school day
More than 40 hours per week during a school week
More than 48 hours per non-school week
More than 6 days in one week
Before 6:00 a.m.
After 10:00 p.m. on nights followed by a school day
