HOW TO COMPLY IN EDPMS DRUG UPLOADING?
ANSWER: To comply in EDPMS drug uploading, encode then upload your carried drugs/medicines in the EDPMS.

THERE'S NO DRUG UPLOAD BUTTON IN EDPMS WEBSITE, WHAT TO DO?
ANSWER: The button will only show when it's your time to upload or report in the EDPMS.

HOW TO APPLY FOR UNIFIED PRICING?
ANSWER: To apply for unified pricing, you must have multiple branches (2 or more) or franchises (2 or more) with the same selling price.

DISCLAIMER!!
For multiple branches under unified pricing, the main branch should report quarterly. While multiple branches but not under unified pricing, all branches will report every April (annually).
PS. Certification of Unified Pricing is needed as a proof that you are under the unified pricing scheme.
ARE THERE ANY SANCTIONS FOR NON-COMPLIANCE?
ANSWER: Yes, based on EDPMS Administrative Order No. 2018-0020 sanctions will be strictly imposed by FDA for non-compliance including failure and erroneous submission of price data.
