ANSWER: For first timer, you do not need to back up your data. You may proceed to EDPMS offline patch/update if your application is not yet updated. If your application is up to date, you may start encoding your drugs and medicines.

STEPS
1. Open "File Explorer" and open "Local Disk (C:)"
2. Double click the "Department of Health" folder to open it
3. Double click the "USBWEBSERVER" to open the application
4. An application will appear once you double clicked/open the "usbwebserver". In this application, "Apache and Mysql" should be in checked or green.
4.1 Once the "Apache and MySql" are checked/green, click the "Localhost" to open the EDPMS offline
5. After clicking the "Localhost", a browser will pop out. Click "Settings" then click "Data Back-up".
Under Data Back-up tab, click the Back-Up (green button) to download your back-up file.
5.1 We'll use this file in the EDPMS offline patch/update.
***Do not open or change the name of your downloaded file.
