EDPMS OFFLINE ACCOUNT UPDATE

FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS
ANSWER: We advise that you update your EDPMS offline account every time you request for account revalidation. (once account revalidation request is approved)
ANSWER: To update your account's validity and information.

REMINDER - READ EVERY STEP
STEPS
1. Go to EDPMS website then LOG-IN your account.
Click this link to go to the website - Electronic Drug Price Monitoring System
2. Check your account's validity
!!!! If your account is expired, request for account revalidation. Once your request is complete, you can now proceed to step #3.

3. If your account is valid, under home page > scroll down to download your configuration file. See image below.
4.1 Double click the "Department of Health" folder to open it.
4.2 Double click the "USBWEBSERVER" to open the application.
5. An application will appear once you open the "usbwebserver". In this application, "Apache and Mysql" should be in checked or green.
5.1 Once the "Apache and MySql" are checked/green, click the "Localhost" to open the EDPMS offline
Note: Before doing the next steps, kindly back up your data first (if you have existing encoded data).
To do the back up, click this link > "Data Back-up"
6. After clicking the "Localhost", a browser will pop out.
(recommended browser: Google chrome)
Note:
Check for the version of installed EDPMS offline
7. In step number 6, click "Settings".
-Make sure you are under the "User Management" tab.
click choose file to upload your local_config (see step 3).
7.1 Under "User Management", click "Choose File" to upload your configuration file(local_config).
"Successfully Uploaded User Account" should prompt upon clicking the "upload" button.
7.2 Once you uploaded your configuration file (local_config), check the right side table for your account information and account validity.
