I DON'T HAVE EDPMS OFFLINE ON MY DEVICE, WHAT TO DO?
ANSWER: Download and install the EDPMS offline

MY EDPMS OFFLINE VERSION IS NOT UPDATED, HOW TO UPDATE MY EDPMS OFFLINE TO LATEST VERSION?

I CAN'T LOG-IN MY ACCOUNT IN EDPMS OFFLINE
ANSWER: Account username and password are just the same for both online and offline.

NO DRUG UPLOAD BUTTON IN EDPMS WEBSITE
ANSWER: The button will show when it's your time to upload/report in EDPMS and make sure your account is revalidated.

HOW TO ENCODE MY DRUGS OR MEDICINES IN EDPMS AND UPLOAD IT?
ANSWER: Follow the steps below.

STEPS
FOR VIDEO TUTORIAL - HOW TO ENCODE AND UPLOAD USING EDPMS
1. Open "file explorer" and open "local disk (C:)"
2. Double click the "Department of Health" folder to open it
3. Double click the "USBWEBSERVER" to open the application
4. An application will appear once you double clicked/open the "usbwebserver". In this application, "APACHE AND MYSQL" should be in checked or green.
4.1 Once the "Apache and MySql" are checked/green, click the "Localhost" to open the EDPMS offline
NOTE:
AT THIS POINT, YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE VALID AND YOUR EDPMS OFFLINE IS UP TO DATE.
For account revalidation > REVALIDATION
For EDPMS offline update > VERSION UPDATE
5. After clicking the "Localhost", a browser will pop out. Log-in your account to proceed in encoding.
Note: Check for the version of installed EDPMS offline
5.1 Once logged in, you can now start encoding by clicking the "Add new record".
6. A form will open after you clicked the "add new record". You can now start searching your drugs/meds in the search bar.
6.1 Sample searched drug/med "ascorbic acid", all ascorbic listed in EDPMS will show.
Click the button beside the drug/med you're selling.
6.2 Upon clicking the button, another form will pop out.
NOTE:
Brand --- **if the medicine or drug doesn't have brand, kindly put the name of the manufacturer
Transaction date --- Kindly supply the preceding updating month's date on the transaction date.
Example for transaction date
Uploading month - July
Transaction date - June
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE AND SYMBOL (&) UNDER THE BRAND NAME IS FORBIDDEN.
6.3 A message of successfully inserted should prompt upon clicking the add button in step 6.2
6.4 The added drug/medicine's information will display in the table (see image below).
6.5 Once done encoding, click the extract button in step 6.4 and a zipped file will be downloaded.
Note: Don't open/extract the file or change its name.
7. Go to EDPMS website and log-in your account

8. Once logged in, click the drug upload tab.
8.1 Click the "browse" button and locate your zipped file (step #6.6) then click upload.
Note: if there's no upload button, check frequently asked question above.
8.2 A message of successfully uploaded should prompt once the uploading is complete.
8.3 You can now see the table with your submitted report.
Note: Check the remarks column - the remarks should be "Successfully Uploaded". If not, contact us for further assistance.
