Vincent Gambelunghe begins his second season as the Junior High Junior Varsity boys' basketball coach at Central Dauphin. After receiving a bachelors in Psychology with a minor in coaching from Elizabethtown College, he looks to carry the legacy of his father, Randy Gambelunghe, who has continued to make a historic run with the Central Dauphin girls' High School basketball program.

Coach Vinny coaches AAU basketball for Central PA Elite for two years now.  Last year, his team had 22 wins, 7 Made Hoops Circuit wins, and 2 tournament championships.  Coach has found a lot of success byt bringing high level energy and learning from his players' development.

Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Vincent Gambelunghe looks to begin coaching where he played at and who he once played for. Coach Vinny was a one year captain under current Head Coach, Wayne Fletcher when he began his tenure at Central Dauphin in 2019.

After graduating from Central Dauphin, Vincent earned a walk on spot at Elizabethtown College where he played 4 years and was a 2 year captain.

Coach Vinny is currently a behavior coach at Fink Elementary school in Middletown Pennsylvania and helps educate students in need. Coach has an extreme passion for helping kids with trauma and adverse childhood experiences and believes his purpose is to have a positive impact on the next generation of students and players.
