Coaching Bio

Craig Peters is entering his 7th season on the Central Dauphin boys coaching staff. Now, the top varsity assistant, Craig served, previously, as the head JV coach. Those teams compiled a 38-6 record.

Growing up in Philadelphia, PA, Craig attended Roxborough High school where he played varsity basketball and football. He played on both the basketball and football teams at Mansfield University.

He started his coaching career as the 7th grade coach at Allen middle school. In 2009, Craig joined a local travel basketball club as associate director. In 2011, Craig started his own travel basketball club, Team Supernatural, to advance his objective of training and helping kids get recruited to college. In 2012, Craig joined the Harrisburg high school coaching staff as the boys 9th grade coach where they compiled a 13-3 record. Some of his former players are currently playing in the professional ranks in North America and overseas.

Craig is a 1995 graduate of Mansfield University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has worked for The Hershey Company since 2006. He currently holds the position of Facility Supervisor and Planner. He lives in Harrisburg, PA with his wife, Tonya. Craig has 3 children. Cierra, 29, is a nurse in Philadelphia, PA. Azeem, 22, a Graduate student at Penn State Harrisburg University. Nyah, 19, a 2nd year student at Penn State (State College).
