Summer Camp Bus Service Arrangament 

The transportation services for our Summer Programme are handled by bus company, Kwoon Chung Motors Co. Ltd. (KCM). 

Please submit your applications directly to KCM.

A Kwoon Chung Motors bus service is available for students participating in the CDNIS Summer Programme. Please note it will be a limited bus service with limited stops. A bus mother will be on every bus.

Application for the bus service should be submitted online at: https://summer.kcm.com.hk/cdnis and is subject to cancellation due to low enrolment.

Routing of buses depends upon the numbers and destinations of riders. We provided the routings listed for our students from previous summers: Central Pier 3, GPO, Admiralty, Causeway Bay and Wong Chuk Hang MTR Station.

Service Period & Bus Fee

Sessions

• Morning session: 9:00am-12:00pm

• Afternoon session: 1:30pm-3:30pm (Bus service to school is not available)

• Full day: Morning session and & Afternoon session

• One way service is available, please email cdnis@kcm.com.hk for more information

• Please select 1 bus option in the portal each week.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the bus is scheduled to depart/arrive.

Bus Fee

• Round Trip - $615 per student per week (flat rate price)

• Single Trip - $415 per student per week (flat rate price)

Notes and Cancellation of Subscribed Service

• Upon submitting the form online, full payment is required for registration process.

• If parents decide to cancel the service, at least 5 working days prior to the start of the week - written notice is required.

• Otherwise, bus fee will be charged for the week of service subscription.

• Week 1 – May 15, 2026 (Friday)

• Week 2 – May 22, 2026 (Friday)

• Week 3 – May 29, 2026 (Friday)

• Week 4 – June 5, 2026 (Friday)

• Week 5 – June 12, 2026 (Friday)

• Week 6 – June 18, 2026 (Thursday)

• Week 7 – June 26, 2026 (Friday)

**We will consider late application, but only subject to seat and stop availability along the set route.

Arrival and Dismissal Arrangements

• Parents and caregivers should drop off and pick up 15 minutes before/after activity via the Leo Lee Arts Centre (LLAC) main lobby

• Classes dismiss approximately 10 minutes early for transition from classrooms to bus and car pick up designated locations

• The waiting area is only for students; parents and caregivers are prohibited from waiting on campus, except for Swimming and if invited to watch a 'performance' on the last day of camp.

• Our ASA staff and Service Providers will supervise and escort students to their respective activities.

Pick up by car

• For those picking up their child by car, we ask that you fill out the car tag (sent to you separately via email) with your child's full name and activity and ensure that it is visible to CDNIS staff to expedite the pick-up process. Your child's name will be announced through the microphone by our ASA staff.

  • Please kindly remain in your vehicle as our staff will escort your child to you. There is no need to step out of your car. 

  • To ensure a smooth experience for all, please queue up in an organized and orderly fashion.

• We also kindly request that you refrain from parking on the side of the road or further up/down the road, or cutting in line. Those who do so will be requested to move to the back of the line.

Arriving on foot

• For those arriving on foot, please present either the Student Pick Up ID or Student Passport with your child's name and activity when picking up your child.

Those who do not follow the procedures so will be requested to move to the back of the line.
