Liam Seikola "A pieced together memory."

7x9.5, mixed media newspaper, 2026 

 My idea is to bring back my charished memories from scraps. To bring back something I loved from fragments as to never forget them no matter what happens

I used glue, newspaper, pencil, and mod podge. i cut up newspaper into the appropriat shapes before gluing them onto the paper. and once that was done i covered it in a layer of mod podge to keep everything together.

Its supposed to symbolize how even from scraps, you can memorize those who you lost and loved into something that can be visualized

I was loosing motivation when making this from varios diffferent factors. but i rememberd why i was making this and pushed on until it was done. if there was one thing i would change it would be the blue background.
