Football Games @ Ridgeline, we will play in the stands.

*These summer rehearsals are required to participate in marching band.

Summer Music Pass-Offs

Section leaders will coordinate with students to create opportunities to practice together and help each other with music preparation and memorization. Students will also report their practice each week through an online Google form.

The parade music must be memorized by June 12th and all field show music must be memorized by August 4th.

School Year Rehearsals

School Begins
Monday August 24 - Band Plays at Freshmen Orientation
Tuesday August 25 - School Begins for all Students

Once school begins, regular marching band rehearsals will be:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm

Wednesday August 26th - First Regular after school rehearsal

Note regarding special Stadium Rehearsals:  We will replace 2-3 of our regular afternoon rehearsals with an extended stadium rehearsal that will last until 8:30pm. These must be scheduled around athletic events and will be finalized as soon as possible!

• 7th: Labor Day no Rehearsal

• 8th: Tuesday rehearsal instead of Labor day

• 9th: Ridgeline Family Showcase performance (depending on Stadium availability,)

• 11th: Pep Band - Football vs. Tooele

• 14th: Cache Valley Parent Night @ Sky View (still confirming)

• 19th: Nebo Tournament of Bands @ Payson HS

• 23rd: Homecoming Parade - 5:00 PM Parade start

• 25th: Pep Band - Football vs. Sky View (Homecoming)

• 26th: Oquirrh Mtn. Invitational @ Herriman HS

October

• 2nd: Pep Band - Football vs. Stansbury

• 3rd - Bridgerland Band Invitational @ USU

• 7th: Pep Band - Football vs. Sky View

• 5th-7th - St. George Trip

• 6th - Red Rocks Utah State Championships @ Utah Tech

December

• 2nd: 6:00 PM - Marching Band Banquet. (Senior Dinner: October 28th)

Note on Football Games:  We will play in the stands at 6 home games, one of those games we will perform our full competition show at half-time, this most-likely it will be at the homecoming game, but this has not yet been finalized.
