Artifact 1: Reviving the Professional Culture: This assignment aligns with ELCC 2 "Culture and Curriculum" because it shows how, as a building principal I would apply the knowledge I gained towards the promotion of student success by building and sustaining a school culture through collaboration, trust, and personalized learning with high expectations for all school stakeholders.

Artifact 2: Benchmark - Reflection of Professional Development Session: This artifact aligns to ELCC 2 “Culture and Curriculum” because it explains my approach to staff development and the necessity for student expectations; comprehensive, rigorous, and coherent curriculum/ instructional programs; developing and supervising staff capacity, and the promotion of effective classroom technology that supports the teaching and learning environments.

Artifact 3: Case Study: Shaping School Culture: This artifact aligns with ELCC 2 "Culture and Curriculum" because it details how I would go about creating a positive school culture that is inclusive of all members of the school community. A school's culture is deeply rooted in the beliefs, language, and behaviors of all stakeholders. Continuing to develop staff and student capacity is important and explained in this artifact.

Artifact 4: Identifying and Empowering Instructional Leaders: This assignment aligns with ELCC 2 "Culture and Curriculum". It shows that I can understand and sustain a school culture that positively identifies and empowers instructional leaders. Supporting teaching and learning in a collaborative, trusting, and personalized school environment with high student expectations is also elaborated on in this assignment.
