5 non-Negotiables In Classroom Management

1. Make your class a place students WANT to be. 

2. Always be PROACTIVE and not reactive. 

3. Do NOT reward expected behavior. 

4. CONSISTENCY is key. 

5. Keep the emotion OUT of it.

Make a copy of this template for your Google Drive and brainstorm your processes. Then create a clear way to communicate the expectations with your students. 

Be sure you DO NOT put anything down that you will not be consistent about and maintain. If it is important enough for you to define and describe, teaching your students and holding them to that expectation explicitly is important as well.
