Having issues with your device?
If you are having trouble connecting to your in-home network, please reference your internet service provider. The CCPS Helpdesk may assist you if there are issues with the student login information to include the password. If the device is physically broken (i.e. cracked screen, broken touchpad, camera, or keypad), please contact your school to arrange a time to bring the device in for repairs. Your student will receive a loaner device while the student's Chromebook is repaired. Once repairs are done, you will be asked to return the loaner Chromebook to your school. You will be provided your repaired device and a possible invoice depending on the type of repair, cause, and sequence.
If you have issues related to software, such as navigating Google classroom, Canvas, or an online educational resource, please contact your teacher. They can assist you or provide you assistance from the school's instructional technology resource teacher (ITRT).
It is recommended that students purchase their own headphones (ear buds) and mouse if they prefer (USB or Bluetooth).
