Perfect Family + Missing Kids

Perfect Family

As I started drinking my milk, I looked at the camera seeing my dad taking a picture of us. My sister sucking on her pacifier, my brother just posing for the picture. I never liked pictures so when dad tried to make us still, my sister and I started moving everywhere, but my brother did like taking pictures, so he posed and smiled. The picture was taken before my mom made us pack our bags and leave my dad alone. As we headed towards my grandpa’s farm, I held the picture so close to my heart. Wishing I could have stayed there forever.

Missing Kids

The scared little child being in the arms of a stranger. The woods getting darker and darker. The cold air hitting the blond boy’s hair making its golden hair in the air. The stranger taking the child into the woods, their cold hands wrap around his shoulders. The woods dark and deep the only sound that could be heard was the trees swaying in the woods, the branches hitting each other. The wet road with fallen orange and brown leaves float on the puddles.
