All CCCD required forms are due six weeks before departure date - so plan ahead!
All team members must have a passport to travel to and from Jamaica. This process can take up to 18 weeks (12 weeks if expedited).
IMPORTANT: U.S citizen’s passports cannot expire within six months of the return travel date.
Place a photo copy of your passport in your luggage and leave a copy with a friend or relative. If your passport is lost, this will expedite a renewal.
Place your name and telephone number on both the inside and outside of your luggage. This is essential if you do not want to lose it forever.
Do not lock your checked bags except with TSA-approved locks; otherwise, if your bag is selected for a random screening, agents will break the lock to open the bag.
Upon your arrival to Jamaica, you will need to present documentation. These documents can be done prior to your departure. Please check the "Immigration" tab above for the instructions on how to fill out the required documents.
Teams should arrive at the airport at least 3 hours ahead for an international flight. You will need plenty of time to have your luggage and documentation checked.
If checking a bag, have it checked all the way to the final destination.
Each person will be required to show their passport at check-in, even if the first flight is domestic.
All team members should stay together as a group at the airport. This will prevent anyone from getting lost or delayed getting to the gate. Flights will not be held for late passengers, even after going through check-in.
