Devotional

The purpose of this devotional is to help guide your thoughts, conversations, and actions as you prepare for, serve in, and process your short-term mission trip in Jamaica with the Caribbean Christian Centre for the Deaf (CCCD). It is CCCD's hope and prayer that this trip will be an opportunity for you to serve others, but also to grow in your own faith and understanding of who Jesus Christ is as risen Savior and Lord.

On the following pages you will find three sessions to work through prior to you leaving for Jamaica. The intention is to begin the conversation and set the stage for some of what the trip will entail for you. You will then find a daily devotional for your time on-island. Finally, there is a guide so you can begin to process and unpack your experience after the trip. Throughout this devotional, there is plenty of room for notes, comments, journal entries, doodles, memories, and prayers!
