Immigration

Before your flight to Jamaica, there is 1 online form to complete. Along with very general information, you will need to write in your passport number and airline / flight number. We have provided a cheat sheet for you to copy onto yours (see below). 

Everyone is required to complete an immigration form. Once completed, it will be emailed to you. You will present it with your passport upon arrival. If you are traveling with a minor, they need their own form but you can use the same email address multiple times for family members. 

Please note that at the immigration desk, you will likely be asked questions about your stay. That is not indicative of filling something out incorrectly on the form, that is just standard in Jamaica!

Immigration/Customs Form Cheat Sheet

We recommend bringing a printed copy of the following information to your last team meeting before departure and filling out the form together.

1. Find the form at: www.enterjamaica.gov.jm

2. Enter a valid email address that you would like your finished form emailed to. 

3. Your listed email address will receive a verification code. Find that and enter it on the immigration form. 

4. Fill in the required personal information. Team members should only list family members if they are traveling with a spouse or children on your team. 

5. Fill in your address and passort information. 

6. For your trip details, refer to the listed addresses and contacts that correspond to the campus that you are visiting:

7. Purpose of Visit: Write in "Ministry" 

8. Fill in your length of stay and how many pieces of luggage you are traveling with. 

9."I am Bringing" - Check "No" for all items. 

10. Almost Done! Click "Submit Form" and you will receive a confirmation in your email as shown below.
