Thank you for your interest in Panther Athletics! We offer a number of opportunities to be involved with school athletic teams. Below you will find information on physicals, athletic fees, volunteering/driving, and links to the specific sports' pages. Click on the underlined sport's title under the pictures to visit the specific sports' webpage.

*6th grade students are eligible to participate in all sports EXCEPT football.  

ALL football and basketball tickets MUST be purchased via GoFan. Columbia County Schools are not offering cash

tickets at the gate. LMS is offering the option to purchase season passes that will save you some money on the

transaction fees. Season passes are valid for regular season home games only. Tickets for playoffs and championships

will have to be purchased separately.

● General Admission Football Ticket - $5 per game, $15 for season passes

● Student Admission Football Ticket - $4 per game, $12 for season passes

● General Admission Basketball Ticket - $4 per game, $20 for season passes

● Student Admission Basketball Ticket - $3 per game, $15 for season passes

■ Create your account by following the directions (email and password)

○ In the box below “Get Tickets Now”

■ Type “Lakeside Middle School”

■ Select “Lakeside Middle School Evans, GA”

○ Click on the desired event you would like to attend and enter the number of tickets you will need.

○ Click “Buy Tickets.” to be prompted to enter credit card information and complete your transaction.

■ There is a $1 per ticket transaction fee.

■ If you purchase 5 individual game tickets, there is a $5 transaction fee.

■ If you purchase season passes, you will save money on the transaction fees.

All students MUST have a complete physical packet on Dragonfly Max App prior to trying out for any sport. Students can obtain a physical packet from the athletic director, coaches, front office, or you can download a copy from the link to print and complete. Physicals are good for one-calendar year from the date of the physical examination (i.e. May 18, 2023-May 18, 2024). If you have any sport-specific questions, please contact the head coach.

ALL physicals will need to be uploaded into Dragonfly Max. Each athlete must setup the Dragonfly account and upload all the needed documents. Click here for the instructions on how to setup your Dragonfly Account.

ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY:

1st Semester Eligibility is based on a student being promoted. If a student is promoted, they are eligible for 1st semester.

2nd Semester Eligibility is based on the student passing 5 of 6 classes during the 1st semester.

A student who will reach the age of 16 on or prior to May 1st is not eligible in middle school competition.

Athletic memberships help maintain our sports programs. The funds are used to purchase equipment, team shirts, pay for referees/umpires, and pay for a banquet at the end of the season. Please wait for official team rosters before making a payment. The steps below will assist you in navigating RevTrak.

5. Select "Athletics".

6. Select the specific sport to pay the memberships.

All volunteers and drivers MUST complete the following steps.

1. Watch the Child Abuse Training Video.
