BAND BOOSTERS ASSOCIATION
The objective of the Evans High School Band Boosters Association shall be:
A. To support the Evans High Band and to undertake such activities as may be determined by the membership.
B. To build and maintain an organization of parents who will help promote the general activities of the Evans High School band program.
C. To promote ways and means of providing for the needs of the Evans High School band program by supplementing financial support above that which is supplied by the Columbia County, Georgia school system. Evans High Band School Boosters shall seek neither to direct the administrative activities of the band nor to control its policies.
Parent Volunteer Instructions
Any parent who wishes to volunteer as a chaperone this year should complete the instructions provided at the attached link. All forms should be returned to Mr. Bradley when completed. No parent will be allowed to chaperone without completing the required training.

Band Booster Meetings
All meetings will start at 7PM in the Band Room. All parents are invited and encouraged to attend!
Meetings for the 23-24 School Year will be as follows:
August 8
October 3
January 9
March 5
May 2nd (All NEW parents new to the HS Band)
