Wife and I bought a new house last spring with what looked to be the original furnace. Worked great until the first cold snap a few weeks ago and konked out on us in the middle of the night. At our last house, we had a young man named Derek Baumberger install a new propane heater for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we gave him a call and found out he started his own stove repair and install business. Derek came out first thing in the morning and after a good diagnosis of our system, found a fried motherboard. After a few phone calls to locate a part for a 20 year old system, Derek managed to find one locally and in a couple of hours had us nice and toasty again. Prices were very reasonable and Derek was very upfront and detailed on the cost of repair. In today's world it is so refreshing to find not only a friendly but honest professional who makes you feel that your satisfaction is his top priority. I will gladly recommend Derek and his Clean Burn Stove Service to anyone and everyone in need of his services. Since I posted this, have had Derek out to install a Rinnai tankless water heater. Once again, some of the best customer service one could ask for. Derek being an authorized Rinnai installer knows his stuff and was more than happy to answer all our questions and recommend the best unit for our needs. A one day installation and complete cleanup afterwards. Since the install Derek has been out to service and clean our unit yearly as recommended by manufacturer. I highly recommend Derek and Clean Burn Stove Services for all your Rinnai product installs and service needs."
