Food processing/preparation is one of the several food-related courses provided by TESDA-accredited colleges. Food handling, packing, and running common food processing equipment are all covered in this course. Food processing/ preparation is a discipline of meals science in which raw components are transformed into cooked food using a variety of techniques and processes.
This lesson covers the fundamentals of food preparation. This includes cooking methods, heat use in cooking, cooking purposes, cooking mediums, and the standardized recipe.
