For today's At Home Activities, please have your child complete the following:

Literacy:

  • Read Aloud Retelling: After your child watches the day's read aloud from his/her teacher, they should complete the retelling activity that will be posted in their Seesaw account. The activity can also be printed from the link below.

  • Make Your Own Subtraction Story: This activity will be posted in your child's Seesaw account. Your child should also record themselves telling their number story. It may also be accessed for printing through the following link:

Science:

  • Keeping It Cool: It has been a hot week! Grab some paper and your favorite art supplies. Draw a picture that shows how you have been staying cool in the heat. Then, you may take a picture, add it to your Seesaw journal, and tell your teachers how you have been staying cool. If you would also like to write about it, that would be great too!

Specialist Activities

An activity has been placed in the Activities section of the Seesaw account, entitled "May 25th-29th FUN FITNESS MONTH-MAY." The activity will be used for both days your son/daughter has P.E. and is broken down to reflect what is expected each day.

Then, use these flashcards to compose musical phrases. Clap and say your work. You can even play your work on an instrument or found sounds at home!
