Hi! Welcome to day 2 of virtual PE!
Please go to your PE google classroom and let your friends know they need to sign into PE google classroom. I'm missing a LOT of friends!
It is time to get up and MOVE. Find a place with plenty of room to move around and let’s get ready to workout. 😊
Supplies you need:
4 pieces of paper or 4 small towels. Make into a ladder with space in between each piece of equipment.
1. Tap the picture that says "WARM UP EXERCISE" and then the :link: will bring you to the workout you have chosen.
2. When finished tap back to google classroom.
3. Tap the picture that says "WORKOUT" and then the :link: will bring you to the workout you have chosen.
4. When finished tap back to google classroom .
5. Tap the picture that says "COOL DOWN" and then the :link:will bring you to the workout you have chosen.
6. When finished tap back to google classroom .
