Week 2 Day 1 Virtual PE Class - Please log into your PE seesaw account to find this information.

• It is time to get up and MOVE with Sworkit Kids. Find a place with plenty of room to move around and let’s get ready to workout. 😊
• 1. Tap the picture for "STRENGTH" or "AGILITY" and the workout you have chosen it will take you to Sworkit Kids.
• ***You may do both Workouts for extra credit! But you need to journal about both workouts!***
• 2. Tap "Select Workout" and tap "Select 10 minutes" tap "Begin Workout" and follow along with the instructor and enjoy.
• 3. When finished tap back to seesaw.
• 4. Tap the picture for "COOL DOWN" and the workout you have chosen it will take you to Sworkit Kids.
• 5. Tap and tell me which workout you chose? How did you feel? What do you think of my emoji?
• 6. Tap to submit to your journal.
