It is time to get up and MOVE. Find a place with plenty of room to move around and let’s get ready to workout with the body coach.😊

2. When finished tap back to seesaw.
3. Tap the picture that says "WORKOUT" and then the :link: will bring you to the workout you have chosen.
4. When finished tap back to seesaw.
5. Tap the picture that says "COOL DOWN" and then the :link:will bring you to the workout you have chosen.
6. When finished tap back to seesaw.
7. Tap :rec: and tell which workout was your favorite and why?
8. Tap :check: to submit to your journal.
