4/3/20 Activities and Supplemental Materials

For today's At Home Activities, please have your child complete the following:

Literacy:

• Fundations Lesson: Your child's teacher will be posting a video to your child's SeeSaw account with a Fundations lesson. Your child will need a piece of paper and pencil to follow along with the lesson. After completing the activity, have your child take a video showing their work and reading the words he/she wrote and post this video to his/her SeeSaw account for his/her teacher to see.

Math:

• Farm Animal Sort: This activity will be posted in your child's SeeSaw account.

Science:

• Animal Studies- Roosters, Hens, and Chicks: This activity is posted in your child's SeeSaw account. It can also be accessed by clicking the following link and having your child read the two books, watch the video, and complete the activity for Week 2, Day 10 Animal Studies- Roosters, Hens, and Chicks. https://classroommagazines.scholastic.com/support/learnathome/grades-prek-k-week-2.html
• Virtual Farm Field Trip: While we can't head to Clark Farm in person, we have found the next best thing- a virtual farm trip! This activity will be posted in your child's SeeSaw account.
