You can substitute math manipulatives and books with whatever you have at home! If you complete all of these, go ahead and do any of the activities listed in the other tabs above!

Materials- Story Map- Follow along and fill out a story map with me!
After the lesson- Read your own story and create a story map.
Big Idea: Partners of numbers 2-7
Materials- any small objects (pennies, buttons, skittles) that can be used for counting
Any two sided object. Coins work if you use heads and tails
Big Idea: Creating your own story
Include characters, setting, problem/solution
Materials: Paper and Writing Utensil
Extension: Think of your own story to create- it could be fiction (fake) or non-fiction(real)
Become a professional bird watcher!
Create a homemade bird feeder using recycled materials.
Create a pair of binoculars.
Write about the birds that come to eat and visit!
Send a picture of your creation to your teacher!
