Mentors volunteer time monthly to come to Capital Factory and coach our company's founders in individual 30-minute meetings. As a member of Capital Factory, you now have the ability to book hours with Mentors.

All Office Hours take place virtually through Union.
Log in to Union and scroll through the calendar to see all upcoming Office Hours.
For times when you’re looking for a mentor that has a specific expertise, use Union’s filtering feature.
First, click PEOPLE on the left. Then, use the panel on the right to filter for mentors. Scroll down to the section titled TAGS for further filtering based on topics, industries, product types, etc.
If you have any issues finding the right mentors, feel free to schedule a meeting with someone on our Mentor team. They can provide a curated list of recommended Mentors. They can be reached at OfficeHours@capitalfactory.com.
