Steps to book & use the media room:

1. Book the resource in the Meeting Rooms tab of OfficeRnD

   • • Booking credits apply, then each room is $20/hr

     • Available for use Mon-Fri between 9 AM and 4:30 PM

     • Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and be approved by a staff member

2. Check in at Mission Control (no more than 30 minutes) before your booking

   • • The front desk on 1 will “check out” a badge for that room

     • $25 lost card fee if not returned by 4:30 PM same day

3. Cancellation Policy

   • • When a booking is cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours in advance, there’s a 50% cancellation fee.

     • Less than 12 hours in advance, there’s a 100% cancellation fee.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
