Add new visitors so that you can add them to room bookings.
You can view a list of your company's active memberships and who they're assigned to here.
Make sure to add your payment method to the company section unless your invoices are in the personal section.
Check your remaining conference room booking credits here. Coworking members get 5/mo & Desks get 10/mo.
View room availability organized by date & time, each floor plan, or by picture.
Click on the room's card to find the room's size, amenities, price, etc.
Filter the rooms being shown to you by floor, amenities, and size.
Go to account --> visitors then selct "new visit"
In the new visit box, select "add new visitor"
When making the booking, select "more options"
Add your guest to the meeting room booking!
